Designed with German stainless steel the blades have a sharp cutting edge that makes cutting through tough meats, joints, and bones an easy task. The blade-targeted tempering happens in several stages to ensure a hardness of over 60HRc, allowing it to last longer in the commercial kitchens without breaking or dulling.

The blade is a half-bolster which enables you to use the full length making it ideal for larger ingredients like cabbages or lettuces. The knife is colour-coded by its solid black handle, which makes it easy to quickly identify and use the correct tool for different food types, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. The Dick knives are also dishwasher-safe for quick cleaning during prep.

These knives come safely stored in a stylish Dick branded wallet, to reduce the risk of loss or damage while on the move.High quality German steel easily cuts through tough meatsBlade-targeted tempering ensure hardness of over 60HRcSet includes: 8″ Chef Knife,7″ flexible knife, 9″ palette knife, 5″ boning knife, 3″ parer, peeler and walletBranded wallet keeps knives safe during transportDishwasher safeAge restricted – you must be 16+ to buy this product in NSW and South Australia, 18+ in all other areasYou can check the Specification tab for more details.
