Description

The Top Churn EC2 V reimagines frozen dessert production by combining a high-performance batch freezer and a professional showcase display into a single, vertical footprint. Designed specifically for front-counter use, this unit allows your customers to view the live production of fresh gelato, sorbet, and premium ice cream right before their eyes.

Equipped with 2 cylinders that manage independent batches, operators can run separate flavoring programs simultaneously. The dynamic frozen storage system works continuously to keep your products at the perfect serving consistency, eliminating the need to transfer finished batches to a separate dipping cabinet.

Navigating peak service hours becomes highly efficient thanks to the dual intelligent touchscreen control systems, offering fine-tuned parameter settings tailored for frozen yogurt, premium ice cream, granita, and traditional gelatos. Driven by a quiet, maintenance-free brushless DC motor system and a premium French Tecumseh compressor, this model delivers reliable commercial cooling without generating disruptive kitchen heat, thanks to its patented, imperceptible ventilation management design. Safety features include an automatic lid-switch that stops the high-power, speed-adjustable blades instantly when opened, protecting staff during rapid refills. High-transparency, anti-fog protective lids coupled with integrated LED spotlights ensure your custom culinary creations remain highly visible and visually striking to every visitor.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: For medium to high-volume commercial environments, including busy gelaterias, pastry shops, corporate cafes, and full-service restaurants looking to maximize front-of-house dessert revenue without sacrificing valuable floor space.
• Maintenance Advice: Flush the cylinder using the built-in drain between batches. Clean the 304 stainless steel exterior daily, and use the low-power night mode to save energy.
