Ever tried slicing a ripe tomato only to end up with a squished mess? With Wsthof’s Amici Serrated Utility Knife, those days are over! We’re obsessed with how effortlessly this knife glides through tomatoes, cheeses, crusty breads, and more, leaving clean, perfect slices every time.

Wsthof designed this gem with a full bolster for safety and a beautiful Calabrian olive wood handle that feels just right in your hand. Plus, olive wood is naturally water-resistant and antibacterial. We appreciate that Wsthof sustainably sources the slow-growing olive trees. It’s a knife that’s as beautiful as it is practical.
