The Fibrox Pro series by Victorinox has been designed by professionals, for professionals. Incidentally, these knives are just as prized by home cooks. Slice, dice and chop your way through your food with this collection of high-quality pieces that combine comfortable, non-slip, ergonomic handles with easy-to-sharpen blades and a long service life.

CAUTION – All household knives with plastic handles can be washed in the dishwasher. However, hand rinsing is recommended. Nevertheless, make sure that the dishwasher is opened momentarily after cleaning. The hot water vapor and water condensation can also be responsible for stains and corrosion on the blades (crevice corrosion).
