Description

The Costa Nova 6.5 Oz. Grespresso Lungo Cup is produced in Portugal using premium fine stoneware, ensuring long-lasting performance in busy food service environments. This material is fired at high temperatures to create a dense, chip-resistant body that withstands the rigors of commercial use. The clean finish offers a professional appearance that fits any tabletop setting, from casual bistros to refined hotel dining rooms.

With a capacity of 6.5 oz., this vessel is specifically sized for serving lungo coffee or larger milk-based espresso drinks like flat whites. The stoneware construction provides excellent heat retention, keeping beverages at the desired temperature for longer periods compared to standard porcelain. Its non-porous surface is highly hygienic, preventing the absorption of odors and flavors while resisting stubborn coffee stains.

Designed for versatility, these cups transition between different kitchen zones. They are safe for use in ovens, microwaves, dishwashers and freezers, and are highly resistant to thermal shock. This flexibility allows for creative service options, such as using the cups for individual warm appetizers or chilled desserts. The durable glaze is 100% food safe and remains vibrant even after numerous cycles in a commercial dishwasher.
