The ELT-60 steam kettle operates on an electrically powered self-generating closed steam system. The liner of this model is made from 316 stainless steel to protect against the effects of cooking with highly acidic contents. Its supported on a sturdy 1.62 diameter stainless steel frame with adjustable feet that can be secured to the floor for added safety. The ELT-60 also has the convenient ability to tilt forward a full 90 in order to completely empty its contents.
