The Crown Verity CV-PF-2NG is a heavy-duty double tank portable outdoor fryer built for natural gas, purpose-engineered for caterers, concession stands, and high-volume outdoor events. Its two independent 40 lb tanks deliver a combined 180,000 BTUs of output, capable of cooking up to 130 lb of frozen french fries per hour with fast recovery between loads. A millivolt thermostat provides precise temperature control from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, while a high-limit safety shutoff protects both the operator and the unit under extreme conditions. Large 14-inch rear wheels and a built-in stainless steel handle make it exceptionally maneuverable across any terrain, and the unit ships fully assembled with four twin fry baskets and two stainless steel tank covers ready for immediate use.
