Description

This Econocold 60″ Chest Freezer provides 34 Cu. Ft. of storage capacity for bulk frozen inventory or seasonal ingredients. The exterior is constructed from white pre-coated steel for long-term use in commercial environments, while the 3″ thick insulation foam walls ensure internal temperatures remain consistent. This unit utilizes an environmentally friendly R600a refrigeration system to maintain efficient cooling throughout the cabinet.

The interior features a white pre-coated aluminum lining for food safety compliance. A manual temperature control system allows operators to manage settings between -23C to -18C (-10F to -1F) based on specific product requirements. To aid in organization, the unit includes 1 epoxy coated white basket, allowing staff to keep high-turnover items easily accessible at the top of the freezer.

Security and mobility are integrated into the design with standard door locks to protect valuable stock after hours. The freezer is equipped with 1″ diameter stem casters, facilitating movement for floor maintenance or kitchen reorganization. For easy upkeep, a convenient defrost drain hole is located at the base to assist with the manual defrosting process.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Suitable for medium to large operations, such as cafes, ice cream parlors, or concession stands, that require dedicated frozen storage without taking up significant floor space.
• Maintenance Advice: Clean the condenser coils every 30 days to ensure proper airflow and cooling performance.
