This Chefsrange EKA EK423 Counter-top electric convection/steam oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact oven installing on a 13amp supply and do not have a mains water supply nearby. Ideal for baking, general cooking and regeneration. It is designed for ease of use with it’s electronic programmable controls and can be fitted with an integrated condense hood allowing siting in almost any application
