FWE food warmers are used to keep your hot food hot and ready until serving time. The UHS-12 is the traditional Humi-Temp workhorse helping you hold, transport and serve.

The UHS-12 is provided with universal slides that fit your ever-changing agenda. Universal tray slides offer high capacity of two (2) pans per set of slides and they hold various size trays. Each set of tray slides can accommodate: (1) 18 x 26, (2) 12 x 20, (2) 14 x 18, (2) 18 x 13, (1) 20 x 22, (2) 10 x 20 trays/pans. Uprights punched on 1.5(38 mm) centers. Slides are fully adjustable and removable for thorough interior cleaning.

Simply load the UHS-12 with your trays and pans of cooked, hot food and this warmer will keep your food hot and ready until serving time.

FWE’s humidifying heat system, HUMI-TEMP, pre-conditions the cabinet environment by gently circulating moist air throughout the interior. Food is kept hot and fresh for hours. Controls are up-front, easy to read and set, and include a full-range F/C thermostat for easy operation. All models are fully insulated throughout the cabinet and door to provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times. Energy star models are available.

FWE has been awarded Best in Class by Consultants for the third year in a row for mobile hot food holding equipment, so you can rest assured you are getting the best quality equipment available.
