This 5kg liquid milk chocolate sauce from JM Posner offers a great alternative to formed chocolate for your dessert offerings. The new style packaging has a number of benefits – it is easier to transport so there will be less damages; it is simpler and more hygienic to mix – just squeeze the bag; it is easier to pour as it has a smaller, resealable spout; it’s better for the environment as there is less packaging waste and it will save a lot of bin space as well.

Packaged in a 5kg spout bag, JM Posner’s liquid chocolate also provides some other practical benefits such as no need to melt or keep warm, as well as allowing easier portion control.
