Kirameki Ultimate Mirror Finish Series

We believe cooking is meant to be fun, and this knife is all about enjoying cooking both in appearance and cutting power. Made with some of the highest levels of polishing possible, this extreme mirror-finish knife is designed to be wonderful to look at and use, without compromising performance.

This reflective finish of the blade minimises friction while cutting through food, and is made using Super Gold 2 (SG2), a powdered high speed steel known for high hardness and toughness.

Combined, this creates a beautifully reflective blade, that has a durable blade with very long edge retention.
