Description

This Nella 15″ Rolling Pin is manufactured from aluminum, offering a balanced weight for spreading dense doughs. The material holds a naturally cool temperature, which stops butter or fat within pastries from melting while you work. This makes it an ideal tool for back-of-house production where consistency is a priority.

Contoured side handles are mounted on a central axis so the barrel turns independently of your grip. This setup aids in decreasing wrist fatigue during long shifts, allowing operators to focus on finishing delicate pastries. The symmetrical shape works to form perfect dough sheets with even thickness across the entire board.

The non-porous body deters dough from accumulating on the surface, supporting high hygiene standards. It is constructed to handle heavy-traffic tasks found in commercial kitchens. This piece of equipment is highly dependable for operations baking fresh goods on a daily basis.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Suitable for small to medium bakeries, cafes, and restaurants baking fresh doughs and pastries in moderate volume.
• Maintenance Advice: Clean manually using warm water and mild dish soap. Dry immediately to prevent oxidation and to preserve the aluminum finish. Avoid using metallic scrubbers to prevent deep scratches.
