Description

The Southbend PCG100S/SD Double Deck Standard Full Size Gas Convection Oven is built for high-volume commercial kitchens. With a total output of 100,000 BTU, it provides 2 independent cooking cabinets in a single footprint. It is a clear choice for busy operations that need to roast, bake, or reheat large quantities of food with consistent results and greater efficiency. The double-deck design allows you to cook various items at different temperatures simultaneously, which significantly improves kitchen output.

A two-speed, 1/2 hp fan motor in each cabinet circulates air evenly, eliminating hot and cold spots for uniform results. The dependent glass doors open a full 180 to easily access the interior, while a dual door seal system helps to retain heat. Each oven comes with 5 plated racks and 11 rack guides, providing ample space and flexibility for your cooking needs. The interior is lined with porcelain for simplified cleaning.

Built from durable stainless steel for long-term use and designed to withstand the rigorous demands of a professional kitchen. The unit’s design supports a more efficient workflow and helps to optimize your kitchen layout. Its advanced features and heavy-duty build make the Southbend PCG100S/SD Double Deck Standard Full Size Gas Convection Oven – 100,000 BTU a lasting asset for businesses that need to produce consistent food quality at a high volume.
