The blade uses high quality Swedish stainless steel, known for its sharpness and ease of sharpening. It is carefully sharpened to a thinner edge than conventional Western-style counterparts, creating a knife with superior sharpness while staying easy to sharpen and maintain.

The handmade finish combines a sophisticated design with excellent craftsmanship and usability. The handle is made from White DuPont Corian artificial marble, providing excellent durability and heat resistance while minimizing age-related deterioration over long periods of use. Extra levels of polishing over multiple processes are applied to create smooth curves in the handle, making it comfortable for human hands to hold for long periods of time without muscle strain.
