Gokujo Series

“Gokuj” () means “supreme” in Japanese, and our Gokuj Series is one of our proudest. Artisans forge White Steel #2 in fire with traditional methods, then polish the blade by hand. The result is a sleek blade, with great cutting ability and edge retention. The powerful mist lines near the edge further exemplify this master craftsmanship. Topped with a magnolia handle, these knives are feather-light, meaning less muscle strain.

Our Gokuj knives are all about high performance while retaining traditional aesthetics.
