The small, sharp paring knife from Wusthof is ideal for handheld jobs such as peeling vegatables and other small or intricate cutting jobs. Like other items in Wusthof’s Classic series, it represents two centuries of Wusthof craftsmanship. It is hand-forged from a single piece of stainless steel for maximum strength, with exactingly calibrated, hand-polished blade.
