The Wusthof Classic 7″ Fillet Knife, with it’s thin, flexible blade, is designed for filleting fish, game or meat, whether in the kitchen, on the boat, or in the forest. Like other items in Wusthof’s Classic series, it is hand-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel for maximum strength.
